Tasty Tuesdays!

Tonight we are having Cheesy Potatoes and Ham. I thought I had shared this recipe before, but I can't find it. So here we go. This afternoon I made the casserole and divided it into small disposable pans. Grandpa is liking TV dinners because he doesn't have to clean up any dishes afterward. And people have been bringing him so many containers, he can't keep them all straight. So now I can bring him dinner in small portions in disposable containers. I take mailing label stickers and write the heating instructions on it, then stick it to the foil on top. This is also a great freezer meal. Most of the time I double the recipe so that I can put one in the freezer for later. Enjoy!

Cheesy Potatoes and Ham

1 28oz package frozen potatoes O’brien

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheese

2 cups cubed ham or turkey ham

1 tsp seasoning salt of choice

Mix all ingredients in a 9x13x11 baking dish.

Bake, covered, at 400 for 1 hour.

May also be frozen before baking.
