Tasty Tuesdays

It's Tasty Tuesday! At this moment I have no idea what I am fixing for dinner. Nothing sounds good, and I just don't have the energy to produce that much brain power. But Tasty Tuesday must live on! So here's a favorite of mine that I made last week for my grandparents. For Christmas I gave each set of grandparents a coupon book for the bread of the month club. The bread of the month for June is Buttery Dinner Rolls. Remember, the bread machine is your friend! Enjoy!

Buttery Dinner Rolls

1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp yeast

Place all ingredients, in order listed, in the bread machine. Set to dough cycle. When done, divide dough into 24 balls and place in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-16 minutes.

As always, if you try this recipe please post your comments about it! Please people, leave comments! :)

Since Grandma Dennison doesn't have a computer, I am posting her comments when she received the rolls as her "Bread of the Month" gift. Her response was all smiles and "that Holly is the best little baker!". She was actually leaving for our fishing trip to Sheraton Lake, and so she put them in her motorhome fridge and brought them out last night at the FISH FRY where the entire camp got to sample them and ooohhhh, and ahhhhhh over the delicious buttery flavor and fresh homemade taste. Thank you Holly for the addition to the potluck from the whole camp!!! Love, Mom
