You know we love Dr. Seuss in this house. When the PTO announced that they wanted to celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday, I was on the bandwagon. So right now I am making cupcakes for Nate's class tomorrow, and they will have red gummy fish on them......One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish! Mom, the creative one, thought I should try to put green eggs and ham on them. My thoughts were that I want the kids to actually eat them! Lily tried to sneak in a birthday for her stuffed dog today, so I told her we would save a cupcake for the dog. Oh the reasons for cupcakes!
