I had a great meeting with my banker today to open a business account for my Scentsy business. We were talking about customer service. I told her I'm not the pushy sales person, but I believe that customer service is important. In today's economy, its customer service that will bring people back. So if you are a business person, keep that in mind. If you are the customer, remember who gives great service and give them your business.
