Here we are again, it's Tasty Tuesdays! Tonight I will be having an old stand by that works great for using up leftovers. I have some left over turkey strips that will be great in my Chicken Noodle Stir Fry. Yes, I know the recipe calls for chicken, but substituting leftover turkey or pork works great. Don't forget to post your thoughts if you try this recipe. Enjoy!
Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut into strips (leftover chicken, pork or turkey also works great)
2 tbsp oil
1 ½ cups water
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 packages Oriental flavor Ramen noodles
1 package frozen vegetable stir fry mix
2 tbsp soy sauce
In wok or large fry pan, cook chicken in oil. Add water, garlic, bring to boil. Add noodles, seasoning packets, veggies, and soy sauce. Simmer 7-9 minutes
