Helpful Tools

Just thought I would pass on some helpful hints to Moms who travel with kids. First off, I always have extra school supplies on hand (stocked up in Aug. during back to school sales!). So before every road trip, I take out a spiral notebook and put the kids names on the front with letter stickers. Then I pull out a new box of crayons or pens and a few sheets of stickers. When we hit the road, I pull these out and let the kids color on the road. While in Seaside, Nate was using his for hangman, and Lily didn't want to be left out, so she would write down the letters we were guessing. It's a simple thing to do, very cheap, and worth it's weight in gold when it comes to keeping kids busy.
